Classic Cafes: Frank's Diner Special

London's Greatest Enclaves of the '50s & 60s

Frank's Diner sits on the verges of Olympia - just down from Ken High St opposite the Olympia Halls and tube station - intact, inert and exceedingly down and dirty. This excellent sub-deco throwback is full of rumbunctious cabbies and must be one of the very few US-style diner places left standing in Britain. The counter area and menu is a dream.
