round the corner from the hideous Central Office of Information
building, this is the place for aggrieved civil servants to come
and plot their next move on the appraisal ladder. As such, it
is rather like watching one long episode of The Office with the
sound too low. The dread selection of wall-pictures is a turn-off
but the coffee-brown seating is refreshingly moribund. Good for
proactive team-building cheapo special occassions ... and long-lunch
