Classic Cafes: Coffee Cup High Street NW3

Enclaves of the '50s & 60s

Train yer Hampsteads on this... nestling sweetly on NW1's millionaire High St autogeddon, this reeks of purest Edwardian Sixties bohemia. The site has been a coffee shop for centuries and locals have been campaigning to retain the premises as is for nearly as long. Hugely expensive refreshments and pastries but a wonderful throwback in an area defaced by the obnoxious teenage alzheimer uber-offspring of the 'stead Labourites.
